1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to On Enterprise. By accessing our website, booking a doorstep rooftop survey, or contracting our engineering services for solar installations and telecom infrastructure across Western Uttar Pradesh, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or digital portals.

2. Scope of Services

On Enterprise provides turnkey engineering solutions including, but not limited to:

• Residential and Commercial Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic (PV) installations.
• PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana documentation and UP Discom net-metering liaison.
• Agricultural solar water pumping systems and VFD motor configurations.
• Telecom infrastructure erection, tower maintenance, and fiber optic engineering.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payments

All project proposals, quotations, and site feasibility estimates provided by On Enterprise are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance, subject to raw material and hardware price fluctuations. Project execution commences upon receipt of the agreed advance payment milestone. Final handover and warranty activation occur upon clearance of all invoice dues.

4. Government Subsidies & Regulatory Approvals

While On Enterprise handles 100% of documentation, portal registrations, and technical liaison for the PM Surya Ghar national subsidy and UP Discom net-metering approvals, final subsidy disbursements and meter deployment timelines are subject to regulatory review and statutory policies administered by state electricity boards (PVVNL / Madhyanchal) and central authorities.

5. Warranties & Maintenance

Solar panels supplied and installed by On Enterprise carry a standard 25-year linear performance warranty backed by manufacturers. Inverters, lithium storage batteries, and mounting structures carry respective manufacturer and structural warranties. Unauthorized tampering, third-party alterations, or lack of recommended annual maintenance voids active service warranties.

6. Limitation of Liability

On Enterprise shall not be held liable for generation shortfalls caused by structural shading introduced by third parties after installation, uncoordinated grid shutdowns by utility providers, or extreme acts of God (severe unseasonal storms, floods, or lightning strikes exceeding surge protection limits).
